+Allows you to set your very own notification sounds for individual rooms.

+Once enabled, you can use room settings to set a custom sound for a room by going to
+the "Notifications" tab. Currently this feature will **not** carry across to other matrix
+clients other than versions of Riot-web with this feature enabled, as it is not in the spec.
