J. Ryan Stinnett dabca5dc33 Upgrade electron-builder to 22.10.5 ...

This upgrade will help prepare us for macOS aarch64 support
(https://github.com/vector-im/element-web/issues/16075) as well as pulling in
other smaller fixes.
