56eafc908e Switch to secure random strings (#29013)
* Switch to secure random strings

Because the js-sdk methods are changing and there's no reason for these
not to use the secure versions. The dedicated upper/lower functions were
*only* used in this one case, so this should do the exact same thing with
the one exported function.

Requires https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-js-sdk/pull/4621 (merge both together)

* Change remaining instances of randomString

which I somehow entirely missed the first time.

* Fix import order

88de99733c Keep more recent rageshake logs (#12003)
Currently, the rageshake store keeps up to 5M of logs. In a busy session for a power-user, that can be quite a short time.

This PR changes the store so that we will keep up to 100M, if they are less than 24H old. (Any logs older than 24H, of more than 5M, will continue to be dropped.)

Fixes vector-im/element-web#26532.

6b451afc50 Remove dependency on org.matrix.e2e_cross_signing unstable feature (#10593)
* Remove dependency on `org.matrix.e2e_cross_signing` unstable feature

Currently, we have some code that relies on the server declaring support for an
`unstable_feature` called `org.matrix.e2e_cross_signing`. There is nothing in
the spec that requires this, so this would make us incompatible with some
server implementations.

The features in question were added in spec v1.1, so we can test for that
instead.
